You will lead high-value new business and sales conversations develop innovative revenue streams and strengthen our position as a trusted consultative partner to leading brands and platforms. We work with some of the largest advertisers and brands in the region and want to continue our trajectory in this regard to become the creator marketing partner of choice for the worlds leading brands. Youll lead the charge into market and take ownership of our sales execution; identifying shaping and winning high value opportunities that grow our presence with the worlds leading brands. Youll collaborate cross functionally with Marketing Client Services Creative Strategy Production and Measurement to craft bold insight-led proposals that open new doors and deliver measurable outcomes. As one of the founding members of the new Growth function youll play a defining role in shaping how Influencer approaches sales and commercial/revenue growth for years to come.3 best things about the jobYoull be one of our first hires into the new Growth team helping to design and build how we sell win and grow. Youll be representing Influencer at events building relationships and spotting opportunities before anyone else. The chance to be out in-market collaborating directly with platform partners (TikTok Meta YouTube Snap Pinterest) and some of the worlds most innovative brands.Measures of success In the first few months you would have:Established yourself as a trusted senior commercial/sales partner internally and externally.Led or supported multiple successful pitches end-to-end from discovery to delivery handover.Built a pipeline of qualified new business opportunities and supported conversion of inbound leads.Demonstrated consultative sales excellence - able to discuss delivery models measurement and creative strategy with confidence.Contributed to shaping the UK Growth playbook working closely with the VP of Growth to refine our go-to-market approach.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible for revenue growth sales and closing new business - initially for the broader business and later with vertical specialism. Lead new business opportunities from first conversation to signed deal - including RFP responses proactive outreach and strategic pitch development.Drive proactive outbound strategy - mapping white space identifying target sectors and creating tailored approaches for key decision makers. Conduct market and competitor research to uncover new categories emerging trends and whitespace opportunities for Influencer to lead in.Build and maintain a strong personal network across brands agencies and platforms - attending industry events client dinners and entertainment opportunities to deepen relationships and position Influencer front of mind. Balance strategic relationship-building with relentless pursuit of new business - moving fluidly between hunting and farming to create sustainable revenue growth. Work collaboratively with Client Services Creative Strategy Production and Measurement teams to deliver compelling insight-led proposals that meet client goals.Partner closely with Marketing to support thought leadership and outbound campaigns that drive new business.Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the influencer and creator landscape - platforms tools and evolving media behaviours.Represent the Growth function as a trusted voice across internal teams helping to build commercial fluency across the business.What you will need:Proven experience in consultative sales business development or client leadership within a creative agency influencer marketing agency or platform ecosystem.A strong understanding of how creative strategy and production intersect to deliver full-funnel marketing outcomes.Demonstrable success in leading complex pitches managing RFPs and closing seven-figure deals.Commercial acumen with the ability to translate client challenges into actionable creative and strategic solutions.Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting to senior clients and internal stakeholders alike.Highly organised and proactive - able to balance multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.A passion for the creator economy the future of media and building brands through creativity and influence.A few of our core benefits:Private Healthcare through VitalityWellbeing support through Vitality including EAP & Mental Health cover25 days of Annual Leave ( Bank Holidays which can be flexed to your needs)For more information on our benefits perks and what makes us unique please visit our website hereAt Influencer were committed to cultivating an environment that promotes diversity equity and inclusion.
