Job | BIM Coordinator Company | Specialist M&E Contractor Areas | Commercial and public-sector Tech | Revit, CAD, Navisworks Development | BIM Manager Based | Office based Tamworth Offer | up to £60k Talentometry have partnered with a specialist M&E services provider delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial and public-sector environments.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.As the team continues to grow, were looking for a BIM Coordinator whos ready to take the next step in their career.This role is ideal for an experienced BIM Coordinator who has been looking for the opportunity to take on more responsibility on their journey toward becoming a BIM Manager.Youll be working on the same projects as our BIM Technician while also taking ownership of coordination, QA, model integrity and day-to-day management of the technician.The Role As BIM Coordinator, you will take responsibility for BIM delivery across design stages 25, ensuring models, drawings and schedules are accurate, clash-free and aligned with project requirements.Core Responsibilities Lead BIM coordination activities across projects, managing the workflow and outputs of the BIM Technician.Oversee production of all Revit/BIM models from concept to as-fitted stage.Manage model validation, QA checks and global model drops.Carry out clash detection and produce detailed reports.Coordinate and manipulate federated models to resolve design discrepancies.Ensure all drawings, schematics, 2D/3D layouts and builders works details are delivered to a high standard.Extract equipment schedules, asset tagging and maintain asset registers.Work closely with project teams to maintain consistency across documentation platforms (e.g., 4Projects).Support continuous improvement of BIM processes and standards within the business.Technical Experience Required Strong Autodesk Revit capability (essential).Experience with IFCs, Navisworks and AutoCAD.Experience producing project documentation and model deliverables at multiple design stages.Understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection workflows and model federation.What Were Looking For Someone with experience in BIM who wants to step up into a leadership role.M&E experience A proactive, detail-driven individual who enjoys improving processes and ensuring model accuracy.Someone confident working from the office in a collaborative environment (role is 5 days onsite).A team player whos comfortable guiding and developing a BIM Technician.Whats on Offer Salary up to £60,000 Genuine opportunity to grow towards a BIM Manager role as the department develops Exposure to a wide range of projects and the autonomy to influence standards internally If you're ready to step up, drive BIM delivery and play a key role in shaping how the business approaches digital design, wed love to hear from you.Important Information: Talentometry are accredited members of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies.We have put in place policies and procedures that go above and beyond legal requirements in how we manage your data.In applying for this role, Talentometry will be acting within your interest and will contact you in relation to recruitment purposes. xwwtmva For more information have a look at the Candidate Journey page at .uk/candidate-journey/ which will take you through what to expect as candidate.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
