Due to growth an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Project team.

A Project Co Ordinator is responsible for the planning and execution of projects. Their
duties include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of a project.
This role is key to both securing sales and enabling the operations team to deliver
projects successfully.
The role involves travelling to client sites to conduct surveys (for which a vehicle will be provided), developing the project details & recording information for site & building drawings / plans to be aid in project delivery. There is a need for rigor and attention to detail to ensure that all the necessary information is collected to ensure project are delivered on time, safely & with in project budget. Additionally, the right person for the role will be confident in dealing with customers, internal teams & sub-contractors, enhancing the Smart Space brand, building trusted relationships.
Site visits will be required to follow up after sales calls independently.
While the role reports into Senior Project manager, the project coordinator will need to work collaboratively with the Operations, Sales & Finance teams to shape projects and provide relevant project data and information.
Key responsibilities:

- Attend site visits & meetings across the UK
- Record project findings to allow production of site & building drawings
- Identifying potential risks and providing input to compliance for the production of
RAM
- Consistently monitoring the costs, progress, and quality of a project
- Organising all project-related paperwork
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Key Capabilities:

- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Commercial awareness and impact of decisions on the bottom line
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others to achieve goalsAbility to work independently when required
- Valid UK drivers license

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
