They are looking to recruit a Claims Manager to take responsibility for managing a portfolio of Property Claims, mainly emanating from the US and Canada. They value expertise and a have a results-oriented approach, making them a trusted partner in the insurance industry.Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee all aspects of property claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Lead a team of claims professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.Analyse and assess complex claims, utilizing knowledge of the London Market claims systems (e.g., ECF).Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and accuracy.Liaise with clients, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in managing complex property claims, preferably within the London Market and preferably experience in US and Canadian Claims.Strong understanding of claims management systems and processes, including ECF.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims and make informed decisions.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. xwwtmva Relevant certifications or a degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
