About the role This primary school is warm and welcoming. You will join a team of committed Teaching Assistants who support the children and prioritise the inclusion of all learners. This role will involve a mix of working with children in class and some time out of the classroom.This role is temporary-to-permanent, after a successful period there may be the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff.About the schoolThis is a large, forward thinking school with supportive staff and a warm, welcoming environment. Requirements:To be considered for the role of TA you will:Have experience of working in a school or similar setting in the last 3 years (6 months minimum)Have a calm and supportive approach to those children who exhibit challenging behaviourBe willing to take the time to build trusting relationships with the children you work withRegard behaviour as a means of communication and take time to understand pupils motivationsHelp create a supportive and safe school environment Hold a TA Qualification (desirable but not essential)Have experience of working with children with SEND Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
