They have a wide pharmaceutical portfolio, specialising in some of the following areas: oncology, neuroscience, and rare diseases.There is an opportunity for a Global Medicalernance and Trainingpliance Manager to join their Global Strategy,ernance and Operations Department on an initial 12-month contract.Outside IR35Hybrid / London – 2–3 days onsite, Mondays and TuesdaysYour new role As the Global Medicalernance and Trainingpliance Manager, you will support the Global Medicalernance Director:Maintain a clear record of medically owned Quality Documents (QD) and their statusManage the review cycle for medically owned QD, ensuring they are updated in a timely way by Process Owners.Coordinate global and local training associated with medically owned QDs, ensuring it is:Developed (in collaboration with Process Owners)Assigned appropriately (in collaboration with Medical Leadership Team members, Quality Assurance Representative and Quality Management System team)Distributed andpleted in a timely waySupport the operational management of Diagnostic/Patient Support Programs (DSPs/PSPs) and specific aspects of the Evidence Generation Review Board (EGRB).What you'll need to succeed Hold a Life Science degreeProven experience with Medical Quality Documents within the Pharmaceutical industry, SOP’s, WI’s, Policy’s, processes, training documents etc.You must be an experienced project manager and a proven effective and efficient stakeholder manager.Possess excellent written and oralmunication skills with the ability to deliver concise messages and able tomunicate across all levels and culturesSkilled at delegation and prioritisationAbility to work through difficult issues, assimilate and analyse information efficientlyIntegrity, respect, andmitment to patient centricity.
