**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the central medical governance team with the management and development of medical governance within the group as required through a portfolio of work
- Working alongside the central medical team on project management as required including updating reports and supporting new members of the team as well as the on-boarding process
- Helping to develop policies, procedures and protocols to support improvement in medical governance processes
- Supporting the project leads at Hospital level in managing a patient recall exercise
- Facilitating the running and administration of National Medical Governance Committee Meetings
- Providing administrative support to the Group Medical Director in the absence of their Executive Assistant

- Experience of working in the healthcare sector or demonstrable transferable skills
- A passion for customers and providing the highest level of support
- Planning and Organisational skills

- Ability to communicate effectively as well as Influence others

- Strong attention to detail capability
