Secondary LSA Secondary LSA We are seeking a dedicated Secondary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist team supporting children at risk of exclusion. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need strong guidance, empathy, and resilience. Key Responsibilities Provide targeted support for secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours. Deliver and assist with interventions designed to improve engagement, emotional regulation, and academic progress. Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies to ensure consistent support. Act as a positive role model, building trust and encouraging students to achieve their potential.
