Learning Support Assistant (2:1) Learning Support Assistant (2:1) We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 2:1 support for a KS3 pupil with ASC and ADHD in a specialist secondary SEN setting. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent 1:1 support to a KS3 student, helping them access learning and manage daily routines. Implement strategies to support behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in lessons. Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt learning materials and interventions. Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage independence and confidence. Essential Skills & Experience in a school or specialist setting. , particularly ASC and ADHD. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families. Patience, empathy, and resilience in supporting pupils with complex needs.
