**A primary school located centrally in Liverpool is looking for a devoted and ambitious individual to join their team as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant**
- **1:1 Learning Support Assistant**:

- **Full-time role starting ASAP until the end of the academic year**:

- **Earn up to £400 per week as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant**:

- **A degree in an Education or Psychology related field is essential (minimum 2:1)**:

- **Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour is desirable**:

As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will be working alongside class teachers to assist in producing effective and engaging lessons. You will be expected to provide 1:1 support to a pupil who finds concentration difficult and displays constant challengingbehaviour patterns. The school are looking for someone who can become a motherly figure to this child, to which they respond well to. The school need somebody who has previous experience working in this sort of environment to ensure that the child is respondedto effectively and positively. The role will also include some general Teaching Assistant work which is a great opportunity to experience different aspects of these roles going forward.
