As an ITU Nurse, you will be at the forefront of providing critical care services and working alongside a team of skilled professionals dedicated to saving lives.” Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in the Intensive Care Unit. Monitor and interpret vital signs, ensuring the timely intervention and appropriate response to changes in the patient’s condition. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, providing emotional support and information regarding the patient’s condition and progress. Requirements: Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an Adult Nurse. Proven experience working in an Intensive Care Unit, preferably in a hospital setting. Sound knowledge of critical care nursing principles, techniques, and procedures. Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, demonstrating excellent decision-making skills in high-stress situations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in critical care nursing. PVG Certificate will be an advantage
