About the apprenticeshipDutiesTraining will be provided to carry out the following tasks and responsibilities, which may include, but are not limited to: To use various computer applications to record and maintain records and provide management information and reports as and when required.Develop PDR-Pro applications incorporating CMS (Course Management System), PDR-Pro and Learn Pro.Maintaining and updating the PDR-Pro back-end office to reflect changes to the thematic planner and additional training.To provide ICT support for PDR-Pro and other eLearning platforms.To liaise with divisions and other departments in the administration of PDR-Pro and other development activitiesUpdating and replacing Standard Operating Procedure documents on the PDR-Pro platform.Assisting with the management of Course Management System; building requalification’s, scheduling courses and inputting training returns.Supporting the PDR-Pro officer with the recording and maintaining of personnel records.Attending meetings to support the PDR-Pro officer.
