**Hours per week: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00**
**Location: Neath, SA11 1NJ**

**Job Purpose**
- Provide operational, technical, financial and workforce support across all aspects of the Acorn Business.
- Support a client focussed approach of delivering optimum service delivery.
- Support the Acorn SLT in driving continuous improvement.
**Accountabilities**
- Assist the operations manager in ensuring optimum client service Delivery in accordance with
- contractual agreements and industry standards.
- Support the operations manager in planning and scheduling of works.
- Support each operational group of staff on a daily basis, being the ‘first’ point of contact based
- on client allocation.
- Process transactional finance.
- Receive and manage communications with the business.
- Prepare and collate management information including operational and business development.
- Assisting Business Development Managers, Contract / Project Leads in the preparation and collation of timely information and data for client meetings and updates.
- Collation, recording and distribution of site staff documentation.
- Develop and quality review reports, certification and related documentation in line with client
- requirements and the relevant legislation.
- Support Managers in the update and maintenance of, competency and training records.
- Provide accurate and prompt advice and support to clients, whilst continually developing and improving client relationships.
- Ensuring the workforce is equipped with the correct PPE and clothing.
- Provide support to business and client facing systems in the capacity of a ‘system administrator’ including scheduling, maintenance, integrity and reporting.
- Communicate, collate, input and submit workforce information e.g., sickness absence, Annual Leave, Payroll etc.
- Provide administrative support to internal or external meetings when required.
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
**Essential**
- The ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- A range of IT skills including excel and word.
- An understanding of data protection and integrity.
- Ability to compile and produce accurate and prompt reports and management information.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Client Focussed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Logical with a good understanding of processes and procedures.
- Good numeracy skills.
