Do you have experience in social care — or even personal experience working with SEND?If so, we’d love to hear from youProtocol Education is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants/Teaching Assistants to join a friendly and supportive SEND provision based in Basildon.Our learners have a wide range of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs (SEMH), and more complex learning difficulties. Some pupils will also have an Education, Health & Care Plan (EHCP). Experience is a bonus, but not essential — what matters most is your compassion, positivity, and commitment to helping students thrive.You’ll join a dedicated, welcoming team who work together to inspire, motivate, and support every young person. Building strong relationships and bringing a proactive, can-do attitude are key parts of the role.Role Details: Located in Basildon Long-term, full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm No previous SEND experience required — full training and ongoing support provided If you’re passionate about helping children with additional needs and want a rewarding role where you can truly make an impact in Basildon, apply todayAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
