Exceptional brand with a great working environment.Job DescriptionProvide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment legislation.Manage complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance processes.Support with cases from initiation through to tribunalSupport more junior team members with upskilling and learningDevelop and implement HR policies aligned with organisational goals.Support managers with guidance on performance management and workplace disputes.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR practices.Monitor and report on employee relations trends to inform strategic decisions.Deliver training to managers on HR policies and employee relations best practices.Ensure all processes are documented and compliant with legal requirements.The Successful ApplicantA successful ER Lead should have:Proven experience in employee relations within Human Resources.Strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.Ability to handle complex casework with professionalism and discretion.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.Capability to provide training and guidance to managers.What's on OfferCompetitive salary between GBP 65,000 and GBP 75500.Fixed-term contract with a professional organisation in London.Opportunity to work within the hospitality industryCollaborative company culture with a focus on excellence.If you are ready to take the next step in your career as an ER Lead, we encourage you to apply today
