ER Case Lead

The role is part of a small team reporting to Denise, Head of Advisory. The ER Case Lead plays a pivotal role in managing complex and high-risk employee relations cases across the UK&I region. It also contributes to policy development, stakeholder engagement, and proactive risk mitigation.
Case Management
Lead and manage a portfolio of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, long-term sickness, and conduct matters.
Manage flexible working requests, changes to terms and conditions, and exit processes.
Advisory and Coaching
Coach stakeholders on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and procedural fairness.
Policy and Process Leadership
Contribute to the design and refresh of ER policies and toolkits.
Identify ER trends and recommend proactive interventions to mitigate risk.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Reward, and other Centres of Excellence to ensure aligned ER practices.
Liaise with internal business stakeholders to support commercial decisions with people impact.
Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR policy frameworks.
Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including Legal and Compliance.
