EYFS & Sensory Play Assistant – Early Development Pathway Location: Sunderland Contract: Full time, long term Start: ASAP Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)This early development provision is searching for an enthusiastic teaching assistant who loves singing, sensory play and helping children explore the world in safe, joyful ways.Your day will include: Helping children engage in sensory and play-based activities Supporting early communication through modelling, gestures and visuals Assisting with structured routines and transitions Encouraging independence in small, manageable steps Teaming up with teachers and speech therapists to create meaningful experiences You’ll thrive in this role if: You have EYFS or nursery experience You love child-led learning and sensory activities You’re positive, playful and patient You can create a calm, nurturing atmosphere With Protocol you’ll get: Weekly PAYE pay Free EYFS and SEND training Support from a consultant who advocates for you Opportunities to grow into specialist roles If you want to make Early Years feel safe, warm and exciting, apply today.All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
