We're offering an opportunity for a junior Solicitor to join our leading Construction & Engineering Department, to focus on contentious work. You can expect plenty of involvement working on a range of high quality and complex construction disputes with national and international clients.
The TeamPart of one of the UK's largest construction practices, our Contentious Construction team works at the forefront of an array of key sectors, including energy and utilities, transport, real estate and infrastructure, nationally and internationally.
The team regularly supports clients in navigating complex legal landscapes, utilising experience across a broad range of dispute resolution methods including:
; International and domestic arbitration; Pre-Action Protocol for construction and engineering disputes; Litigation in the Technology and Construction Court; Strategic troubleshooting advice on legal and contractual issues arising throughout the project life-cycle; Industry specific procedures such as Expert Determination and Conciliation; Expert Determination; and Mediation.Led by Partner, , you can benefit from expert guidance and support as part of a first class Construction Disputes offering.
