This is a unique opportunity for a Construction Solicitor in Bristol to work on cutting-edge cases in the renewable energy sector, as well as high-profile disputes involving commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. What you'll do:

  • Be a part of our Contentious Construction team, working on a range of construction and engineering disputes.
  • Cover all aspects of risk management, strategic advice and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with national and international clients on major disputes and dispute avoidance strategies.
  • Engage with emerging issues and disputes in the rapidly evolving landscape of utility-scale battery storage and solar farm projects.
  • Handle financing issues, catastrophic failure as well as delay and availability problems.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years PQE in a contentious construction or dispute resolution team.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and expand your network within the industry.
  • Demonstrable interest in one of our key sectors such as Energy & Infrastructure or Retail & Consumer.
  • Shared passion for innovation, collaboration – achieving great things together.
