Job Description 🎓 French-speaking Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Life Sciences Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (Hybrid: minimum 2 days office-based per week) Salary: £28,000–£35,000 base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE £50,000+) Languages: Fluent French & English (German a plus) 🌍 About the Company Our client is a progressive international recruitment agency specialising in the fast-growing sector of life sciences and medical industries. With an ambitious and supportive culture, they work with leading companies across Europe to connect them with world-class scientific talent. 🚀 The Role We are looking for a French-speaking Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with strong language skills and an interest in science or business to build a career in an exciting, international industry. You’ll work closely with clients in French-speaking regions, developing strong relationships with hiring managers, sourcing scientific professionals, and supporting them through the recruitment process. Full training is provided, so prior recruitment experience is not required. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Manage and grow your own life sciences client accounts Work to personal and team targets in a collaborative environment Interview candidates (face-to-face and via phone/online) Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and business pitches Network and maintain regular telephone contact to gather market insights and vacancies Support candidate consulting and communication throughout the hiring process 👤 Candidate Profile Fluent French and English (German is an advantage, but not essential) Degree in Life Sciences (biology, chemistry, pharma, etc.) OR Business Studies/related field Previous sales or recruitment experience is an advantage (but not essential – full training given) Strong relationship-building skills and a positive, proactive mindset Interest in medical or life sciences terminology (or willingness to learn) 💼 Salary & Benefits Base salary £28,000–£35,000 (DOE) Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £50,000+ 25 days holiday, increasing with length of service Option to pursue a sponsored MBA at Cranfield University Electric bike scheme (up to £2,000 subsidised) £25 monthly gym membership contribution Matched pension contribution up to 7.5% of base salary 📩 How to Apply If you are a motivated graduate with excellent French and English skills, eager to kick-start your career in international recruitment, click Apply Now and send your CV.
