**Trainee / Graduate Product Recruitment Consultant role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Complete the Recruitment & product academy becoming certified in these areas
- Competently negotiate commercials with new clients
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Build & maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
- Update the CRM & AI Platform on a daily basis
- Hitting & exceeding Key Performance Indicators

**Compensation & Opportunity**:
- Basic Salary of 22-23k per year
- Year 1 - 30-40k / Year 2 - 40-70k / Year 3 - 70-150k (uncapped earnings)
- Equity Targets from day one

- Early finish Friday's when you hit targets
- Competitive salary with a commission structure which maxes at 35% and NO THRESHOLD
- Opportunity to earn equity within the business - yes we believe that with you coming on a journey with us that you should be rewarded with equity given you hit certain targets
- Clear cut career progression, one has already been promoted to Lead consultant and is building a team out
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
