Growth/Performance Specialist West London My client is looking for a brand-new Growth/Performance Specialist to join their well-established fast-growing team, offering a salary up to £42,000, 1 day a week in the West London office. They are a well-established clean ethical beauty brand that emphasise the importance of clean sustainability within this fast-growing sector. You will need experience in Paid Search and Social as you will be responsible for setting and activating the paid media strategy. You will lead strategy, planning, execution and development of paid search campaigns identifying new benchmarks and KPIs. Alongside managing day to day budget management across all paid channels, factoring in stock and campaign level levers and input. Working with the current Brand team to test and build omni-channel user funnel flows, identifying opportunities, risk and efficiencies in order to capitalise on current trends. You will have in-depth knowledge aid marketing channels including social network advertising with knowledge of analytic tools such as Google Analytics. You will also have experience with budget management in excess of 70k a month. You will be a data minded individual who likes showcasing results and ROI to stakeholders. You will have exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
