Our client, a fast-growing AI‑led software business, is looking for a Head of Growth to help accelerate their next stage of expansion. What You’ll Do Own the acquisition engine: test, learn and scale the channels that drive new users. Build, validate and scale acquisition across paid social, search, affiliates, creators and explore new channels (e.g. podcasts, OOH). Improve the customer journey end‑to‑end: optimise website, mobile and email touchpoints to drive conversion, retention and advocacy, partnering closely with the product growth lead. Manage brand media budget and decide how to allocate spend to drive awareness. Dive into customer insights to truly understand their behaviours, motivations and needs, informing messaging and creative that lands. Turn the brand narrative into high‑performing messages, audiences and creative. Own budget and efficiency metrics, including CAC, ROI and channel health. Partner with Brand and Creative Studio to produce high‑impact ads and iterate quickly. Build the growth marketing stack: measurement, attribution, dashboards and experiment frameworks. Who You Are A hands‑on growth operator with strong performance instincts. A builder who enjoys launching from scratch, experimenting and finding creative ways to grow. Analytical and structured - you think in hypotheses, loops and learnings. Able to balance brand with performance, adapting creative to drive impact without compromising quality. Comfortable getting into the weeds of channels while also thinking strategically. Fast‑moving and action‑oriented Collaborative, working closely with Brand, PMM, and Product to connect story, messaging and performance. How Success Will Be Measured Clear understanding of which channels work, why and how to scale them. CAC improves over time with strong visibility into performance drivers. A consistent cadence of weekly experiments - fast learning, fast iteration. Paid campaigns feel on‑brand and deliver measurable results. Growth runs with clarity: hypotheses, measurement, insights, next steps. A repeatable, predictable acquisition engine is in place.
