Your day to day will include:Overseeing and reviewing management accounts and statutory accounts for both UK and multi-national companies, providing expert guidance and supportProviding insightful advice on VAT and PAYE matters, including meticulous review of monthly, quarterly, and annual VAT returnsAssisting start-ups comprehensively in their financial journey, offering crucial financial support and guidanceLeading the implementation of cutting-edge accounting and computerised financial systemsManaging UK financial reporting for various entities, including limited companies, LLPs, partnerships, and sole tradersFostering the growth of your team through training, reviews, and mentorshipOffering expert advice on a wide range of business subjects, strengthening client relationshipsThe Successful ApplicantStrong interpersonal and communication skillsRecent obtainment of an Accountancy qualification with comprehensive knowledge of management accounting and statutory accountingTeam player that values collective success and contributes positively to the overall work environmentProfessionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving excellence in all endeavoursAbility to delegate tasks and guide junior staff, empowering them to reach their full potentialCapacity to manage and build client relationships, providing exceptional service tailored to their needsExcellent IT skills, enabling you to leverage technology for enhanced efficiency and productivityWhat's on OfferA competitive salary ranging from £45000 to £52000 per annum, based on experience.A permanent role within a reputable professional services organisation in Leatherhead.Opportunities for career progression and professional development.A supportive and collaborative working environment.Comprehensive holiday leave and a focus on work-life balance (2 days per week WFH).
