Premium Credit (PCL) is one of the leading insurance premium finance and specialised lending companies in the UK and Ireland. We are now looking for a Sales Support Team Leader to join our Specialist Lending division on a permanent, full-time basis.

While our offices are based in Leatherhead, we are currently operating on a hybrid working model.

The Role

As a Sales Support Team Leader you will provide a proactive, professional and collaborative sales service to Specialist Lending Sales Managers and SME partners, as well as leading a team of Sales Support Administrators.

You will encourage team members, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.

As the ‘go-to’ person for all their queries and needs, you’ll ensure our partners receive services and products perfect for their business and provide training on how to use our online services.

You’ll ensure partners are satisfied, keeping in touch on a regular basis and resolving any issues as they arise, providing brilliant support which will directly contribute to the growth and reputation of our organisation.

About You

To be considered as a Sales Support Team Leader, you will need:

- Previous experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
- To be sales-focussed with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with strong attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative, work under pressure and prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent numeracy skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel
