Customer Services Team Leader - Salary Circa £31,000

Location - Leatherhead, Sheffield

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Team leader to help shape the Workplace Operations team of the future. If you are someone that loves to challenge the status quo, being bold, and removing blockers from your team, then this is the ideal job for you.

A bit about the job:
The Workplace division of Aviva provides pensions and savings solutions for employers. Workplace has a 26% market share and is the number 1 pension provider in the UK.

The Operations team deals with inbound demand when the 4.6 million members need us in order to access their benefits, want to make a change around their plan, or simply have questions about the products they hold. Ensuring that your team is supported to meet those customer needs and deliver first class service is key.

It is an exciting time to join the Workplace Operations team, as we look to transform the way we help and support our customers. You will drive a culture whereby customer needs are understood, and responded to with quality, timeliness and in the most effective way possible.

You will be a role model for your team, leading and inspiring them to be the best that they can be.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Talented problem solver who can think outside the box and challenge the status quo to help shape our Team of the future- Previous experience of working in an office and leading a team is essential- Ability to use data to make decisions- Ability to inspire your team to deliver the best possible customer outcome- CF1 Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics and FA2 Pensions Administration Qualifications or be willing to study and pass the exams within 18 months of starting the role( provided by Aviva)
