Your job is to maintain a positive learning environment, manage behaviour confidently, and keep students engaged while their teacher is away. Expect plenty of variety—you might be supporting English in the morning and supervising a PE session in the afternoon.This role is ideal for graduates considering teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, or teaching assistants looking to take the next step.
