The Role This top 100 practice is seeking a Corporate Solicitor 2+ years PQE to join their thriving department in Guildford. You will undertake a range of transactional work across M&A, joint ventures, private equity and much more. With an ever-expanding international client base, much of the work will be multi-jurisdictional in nature and will range from £5m-£100m in value. You will receive an excellent level of exposure from the outset and given their level of growth, career prospects are in abundance.
