Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of repair supplies and equipment, ordering new materials as needed. Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to minimize the risk of accidents and ensure a safe working environment. Requirements Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various environments. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to identify potential issues and ensure high-quality work. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose problems and develop effective solutions quickly. Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
