**Job Title :Peripatetic Worker**

We have an opportunity for a **Peripatetic Worker**to join our organisation

The **P eripatetic Worker**will be based at our offices in **Stoke-on-Trent**

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

To provide support & housing related support services within the Stoke Lifehouse, specifically:

- Tenancy related support to service users who may be struggling to maintain licenced tenure.
- An asset-based approach to tenancy related support, unlocking potential specifically in the Stoke Lifehouse delivery.
- Working with complex needs.
- Other related Project Worker roles enabling us meet the needs of our service users across the Stoke services, including administrative roles and housing management functions.

You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
