Job Description: As a Paediatric Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering compassionate and comprehensive care to paediatric patients in the Warwickshire area. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough assessments of paediatric patients’ health needs. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitoring patients’ progress and updating medical records accurately. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Providing emotional support to patients and their families. Educating patients and caregivers on health management and prevention. Adhering to established medical and ethical standards. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess: A valid nursing qualification and registration (RGN/RN Child). Proven experience in paediatric nursing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Empathy and a patient-centric approach to care. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
