In this role, you will: * Work with classes of 6-8 pupils, based on ability * Work closely with therapists, SEN specialists, and mental health professionals. * Play an integral role in improving the lives of children, providing them with the support they need to succeed. * Assist students with a variety of learning needs, particularly those with Autism, focusing on both academic and personal development. Requirements: * An undergraduate degree and/or prior experience in SEN – ideal for Criminology and Psychology graduates. * A strong interest in mental health and Autism. * Knowledge of or a keen interest in learning and behavioural needs, particularly SEMH.
