What we’re looking for: * SEN or Mental Health Experience: Previous experience working with students who have SEN or mental health needs is highly desirable. * Passion for Mental Health: A genuine interest in mental health, particularly in relation to supporting students with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) needs. * Understanding of SEN: Experience or a strong interest in addressing the unique learning and behavioural needs of students in an SEN setting. * Local Candidate: Ideally, you will live within commuting distance of Welwyn Garden City. What is required: * Support a range of students with diverse needs, including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties. * Collaborate with the clinical and educational team to deliver effective interventions and support strategies. * Assist in the development of individual learning plans tailored to meet the needs of each student. * Provide emotional and pastoral support to foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment for students.
