This is an excitingopportunity to join our Procurement team as a Senior Real Estate and Procurement Manager This will be a key role in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to support our real estate needs across our global footprint. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, negotiate with real estate service providers - global and local - and implement high quality and cost-effective solutions to meet the company's real estate needs.

How you will create impact:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for real estate services, including leasing, property management, and related services. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and optimization of real estate-related procurement activities.  Actively lead Real Estate projects from business request through office selection, contract negotiation to office move-in in collaboration with internal stakeholders and Suppliers. Provide timely project read-outs, keep stakeholders informed and engaged and prepare leadership meetings as needed.  Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with real estate service providers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable agreements. Conduct regular performance reviews of real estate vendors and implement improvement plans as needed.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key real estate partners to ensure alignment with organisational goals.  Lead lease negotiation processes in close partnership with internal stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization.  Collaborate with our local office leads, legal and finance teams to review lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.  Conduct cost analysis and financial modeling to support real estate decisions. Working closely with finance teams to develop and manage budgets related to real estate expenditures.  Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and regulatory changes that may impact sourcing and procurement activities.  Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to support strategic decision-making.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Facilities Management, Finance, and Office leads, to align real estate sourcing strategies with overall business objectives. Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their real estate needs and requirements.  Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all real estate sourcing activities. Stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations affecting real estate procurement.  Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate transactions and contracts. Implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organisations interests.  Your profile:
Degree in Business, Real Estate, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Supply Chain or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.  Significant experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on Real Estate services, facilities and transactions within professional services, global company. Strong Project Management, Negotiation, Contract management, and Supplier relationship skills.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Knowledge of real estate market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within the organisation. Fluent in German would be a plus.
