The Role

In this role, you'll take control of your own database, generating high-quality leads and building relationships with senior decision-makers. Your focus will be on identifying the right opportunities at the right time, helping us to provide early-stage advice and position ourselves as trusted real estate advisors. You'll be working with a supportive team and have the chance to make a real impact on our business.

You'll receive comprehensive training, and there's a clear path for career progression, with the potential to significantly increase your earnings year on year.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow your own database, generating leads and securing meetings with senior decision-makers.
  2. Research market trends, key events, and use internal tools to identify new opportunities.
  3. Work with the wider team to support marketing and client solutions initiatives.
  4. Build strong, lasting relationships with key contacts in the commercial property market.

Requirements

  1. Strong attention to detail.
  2. Confident and comfortable speaking to senior-level decision-makers.
  3. Previous experience in B2B/B2C cold calling (commercial real estate experience is a plus).
  4. Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  5. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
