Senior Manager Real Estate - remote working

My client is one of the world's leading international firms, who are looking to recruit a Senior Associate to join their real estate department.

The role will be based remotely and day to day responsibilities will include the following:

  1. Managing the workload, assisting the senior team and acting as lead solicitor on projects
  2. Supervising and supporting the development of the team including Solicitors, Trainees and Paralegals
  3. Liaising and collaborating with clients and teams elsewhere in the firm as required on fee-earning or other projects
  4. Assisting the Head of Real Estate in growing revenue
  5. Co-ordinating business development activities, attending client meetings, pitches and events
  6. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law
  7. Responsible for the development and best practice project management for the delivery of work

You will maintain up to date knowledge in real estate and work with legal technology.

In addition, you will manage your own fee earning caseload, receiving instructions from and liaising directly with clients on day to day asset management transactions.
