You will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, ensuring that financial plans align with the organisation’s objectives. This is a highlymercial role that requires you to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for growth, and drive efficiencies across the business. You will work closely with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable strategies that deliver measurable results.What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will be a professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience in a business partnering ormercial finance role, ideally within aplex organisation. You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels. Strongmunication and influencing skills are essential, as is a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
