With a focus on organic growth and innovation, it has expanded significantly in recent years and continues to invest in its people, systems, and workplace initiatives.Job DescriptionYou will:Provide generalist HR support across four Northern UK officesAdvise on employee relations, performance, sickness, and return-to-work casesCoach managers on fair and effective people practicesLead and support regional HR initiatives and projectsCollaborate with Talent Management Leads and HR colleaguesAnalyse and present people data (e.g., MI reports, engagement surveys)Mentor and support the HR administration teamContribute to process improvements and cross-team collaborationThe Successful ApplicantThe successful HR Advisor should have:Proven experience managing employee relations and coaching line managersStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholdersConfidence in handling sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalismAnalytical ability to interpret people data and present insights clearlyA collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams and locationsSolid understanding of HR processes, policies, and systemsCIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experienceAdaptability and initiative in a fast-growing, change-driven environmentWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary up to £42,000Guaranteed annual bonus (paid in December)25 days holiday with buy/sell optionsMatched pension contributionsHybrid working model (2 days in-office)Flexible hours to support work-life balanceStudy support for CIPD Level 7Strong learning and development supportOpportunity to shape HR practices across a growing regional teamThis HR Advisor role is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to enhance their career in human resources.
