Your newpany Are you passionate about making a real difference in pupils’ progress? Hays Education is working in partnership with a weing and inclusive primary school in the Wirral to recruit a dedicated Intervention Teacher to support targeted learning across key stages.Your new role As an Intervention Teacher, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support to small groups and individual pupils. Your focus will be on raising attainment in core subjects, particularly English and Maths, and helping pupils ovee barriers to learning.Plan and deliver high-impact intervention sessionsTrack pupil progress and adapt strategies accordinglyCollaborate with teaching staff to identify learning gapsProvide feedback and contribute to pupil assessmentsFoster a nurturing and motivating learning environmentWhat you'll need to succeed In order to be considered for this role, you must:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience delivering interventions in a school settingStrong understanding of the primary curriculumExcellentmunication and organisational skillsA proactive andpassionate approach to teachingWhat you'll get in return Flexible working arrangementsOngoing professional developmentSupport from a dedicated Hays consultantOpportunity to make a meaningful impactWhether you're an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or an early career teacher with a passion for pupil progress, we’d love to hear from you.
