This role combines client care and regional care team management, offering variety and responsibility in equal measure. You are likely to have come from a care/healthcare background and have the ability to manage your own time and meet the role objectives under your own initiative.Team fit, attitude and a passion for people are essential for this role so we are open to what healthcare experience you have.Key ResponsibilitiesManage live-in care services for clients across Kent, Sussex & SurreyConduct home visits, care reviews, and audits to maintain high standardsBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsResolve concerns promptly and ensure client satisfactionSupport assessments for new clients and develop tailored care plansLiaise with the sales team to ensure smooth onboardingPromote services within the community and identify growth opportunitiesSupervise and support carers in your regionConduct performance reviews and ensure mandatory training complianceRecruit, train, and retain high-quality carersHost virtual drop-in sessions for carersSound like you.Experience in healthcare at any level but with the ability to work unsupervised, on your own initiative, managing a diary and sometimes working under pressure with competing priorities.Strong understanding of CQC regulations and putting together care plans and risk assessments.Excellent communication, time management, and IT skillsAbility to work independently and manage a busy scheduleLevel 3 Health & Social Care (desirable)BenefitsSalary from £32, - £34, depending on experience4 weeks holiday (rising to 5 weeks after 2 years)Health insurance planWorkplace pensionBonus scheme after 2 yearsEnhanced on-call payFree parking, cycle-to-work scheme, referral programmeCompany car after probationSmall and manageable portfolio of clientsReady to make a difference?
