Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on exp) + £9,000 bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Engineer - Building Drainage & Water Management will involve:

- Technical field sales position, selling a high end manufactured range of water management systems
- All of your time will be spent selling into groundworkers, civil contractors, main contractors and sub-contractors
- Working in a buddy system with a dedicated specification sales person
- Regular upkeep of CRM system and understanding of value engineering
- Will inherit a well-established territory
- Will be targeted to hit a team target of circa £5.5m
- Working on projects from £2k to £1m, with an average of £30k-£400k depending on project sizes

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Engineer - Building Drainage & Water Management with:

- Must have sold a technical heavyside building products such as: surface water drainage systems, concrete drainage, landscape products, civils, formwork & falsework, groundwork Products
- Ideally SUDS / surface water drainage systems
- Must have sold to groundworkers and contractors
- Must have an appreciate for specification sales via consultants
- Would consider someone working in a civils merchant or contractor looking to step out onto the road
- Would consider someone from a drainage engineer background
- Must be technically minded
- Organised, ability to follow projects through to completion
- Hungry, dynamic and driven
