Are you an organised and efficient individual with a passion for providing outstanding administrative support? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of people and tasks. Key Responsibilities: Undertake general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the organisation Handle incoming calls and accurately record appointments onto the database system Deal with client queries in a professional and customer-focused manner Coordinate the postage of products to clients, ensuring timely delivery Contract Details: - Contract Type: Temporary (4-6 weeks) - Days: Monday to Friday - Hours: 9am-5pm - Pay: £12 per hour Location: Birkenhead Requirements: Proven administrative experience, ideally in a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Proficient in using computer systems and databases Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Work With Us?
