Our valued public sector client is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to help migrate seven contact centers to a new cloud based contact center solution.These contact centres are currently on the Hosted Contact Centre Solution (HCCS) platform, which is reaching end-of-life in October and will not be renewed. Due to the complexity of the migrations, and project management maturity level and skillset, CPD requires the expertise of multiple Project Managers, dedicated to the various sub-projects within the workstream: Knowledge Management (KM), Identity Service Access Management (iSAMS), Contact Centre as a Solution (CCaaS), Workload Management (WLM), Workforce Management (WFM), and Skills Repository.Tasks include:Collaborate with internal team members and CPD project teams and ensure that clients and stakeholder relationships are coordinated and managed to achieve the identified CPD projects objectivesManage project scope, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing change requestsEffectively manage stakeholders, including customers, business owners, and team members during project meetingsLead and upskill project teams using strong experience in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approachUsing project management best practices and established Programme standards, processes and tools, develop, plan, analyze, control, evaluate and prioritize deliverables and requirements for the CPD projects within scheduled time, cost and scope parametersMust Haves:Understanding of SAFe principles including SAFe roles and responsibilities Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and Value Stream Mapping Business transformation Projects with a value of 10 MillionValid PMPPost secondary Education in ITEnhanced ReliabilityNice to Haves: Valid SAFe Certification
