The EYFS team is creative, collaborative, and committed to giving every child the best possible start to school life.What you’ll be doing: Supporting children aged 2–5 in Nursery and Reception. Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions in phonics, speech & language, and early maths. Helping children settle into routines, regulate emotions, and build social skills. Creating playful, engaging activities that bring learning to life. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt activities for children with additional needs. About you: Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in a nursery or EYFS classroom. Patient, caring, and proactive, with a real enthusiasm for early childhood development. Confident supporting children with SEND, SEMH, or EAL is a bonus. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
