Please read through and apply if it is applicable, if not please do not forget about our fantastic referral scheme All about the company I would be working for What they do: Management Consultancy Size of the business: Global The Role: Job Title: HR Senior Analyst, 12-month FTC Salary: Up to £58,000 + bonus (DoE) Location : London What would I be doing day to day? Key duties: Business Partner with the wider HR team across Europe to source data and MI metrics, analyse and present data, simplifying reports where necessary Actively facilitate data-driven projects within the HR team, ensuring process optimisation where possible Support the delivery of year-end processes through HR data; working with the wider People teams to support bonus processes Continually review the use of technology and current processes and actively promote optimisation and the introduction of new tools Support the wider HR data team What is the company looking for? 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar data and reporting position, bonus if this has been within a HR environment Advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong experience in Tableau, Alteryx, PowerBI Demonstrable experience creating reports and creating narratives to present data and metrics to stakeholders Previous experience working in matrixed Financial Services or Professional Services firm highly desirable Strong ability to project manage and meet the needs of a diverse customer base Proactive, and resource individual who is comfortable working autonomously and also collaboratively At C&C Search, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of who we are and how we operate.
