As a Senior Manager, you’ll leadplex projects, influence board-level conversations, and help clients navigate evolving risks—from regulatory change to emerging challenges like cyber and climate. With the role you will:- Lead with Impact – Manage high-profile, multidisciplinary projects and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.- Innovate & Grow – Drive development of cutting-edge solutions in risk and capital modelling, ESG, and emerging risk areas.- Develop Talent: Mentor and coach the next generation of actuarial professionals.- Collaborate Globally: Work with diverse teams across markets and disciplines.What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified non-life actuary with proven experience in risk and capital modelling (development, implementation, validation), and a strong understanding of insurance risks and regulatory frameworks (, Solvency II). The ability to simplifyplex technical issues for senior audiences is key.Advantagoeus if you have experience in catastrophe risk, reserving, pricing, IFRS17, audit, or emerging risks (cyber, climate, ESG).What you'll get in return A highlypetitive base salary of c. £110k to £155k, coupled with a car / cash allowance and an excellent benefits package.Flexible working options available.
