A global luxury retailer is looking to recruit for a deputy manager to work in one of its multi-million pound locations. This luxury retailer specialises in beauty and luxury goods, boasting a large number of exclusive products that you are not able to find anywhere else on the high street. The UK arm of the company is performing extremely well, despite the current economic climate. They have been beating sales forecast and are delivering a record-breaking sales performance.

The role of deputy manager will work as part of a management team, to drive sales and service through the effective management of your people, whilst ensuring they deliver a world class shopping experience. This company delivers a truly elevated customer experience in comparison to other high street retailers, which is a huge factor in why they are so successful. You will be responsible for a high turnover and large population of store colleagues. In this role you'll be given the autonomy and freedom to make commercial decisions which will help further drive, what is already, a hugely successful company.

The ideal candidate will come from a retail environment which has a strong focus on delivering the highest customer service experience possible. You'll be an experienced leader who has a passion for team development. This retailer places a huge emphasis on its people and are true to its company values. The company looks to make each of its stores a great place to work, demonstrated by the fun and unique culture the company has. The average length of service in the management team is one of the highest in the retail industry.
