Purosearch are looking for a fantastic Nursing Home Deputy Manager to join a large provider at their 4 & 5 rated home in the Aberdeen area offering a competitive salary of over £24p.h

Responsibilities:

  1. Join a highly rated care home operated by a leading care provider
  2. Work in a medium-sized, purpose-built nursing home with a good presence in the local community
  3. Enjoy working alongside a long-standing care & nursing team
  4. Be responsible for staff management, care plans, reviews, and meetings
  5. Undertake assessments of other staff and review care packages
  6. Build and maintain rapport with staff, residents, their families, and all external bodies

  1. Circa 60 beds
  2. Rated at 4's & 5's with CI
  3. Caters for elderly residents & those living with dementia

  6. Position available due to changes at the home
Skills/Qualifications of the Deputy Nurse Manager:
  1. RGN/RMN/RNLD with active PIN
  2. Proven track record of successful leadership
  3. Sound knowledge of CI & NMC
  4. Dynamic & Enthusiastic, a great communicator
  5. Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
