This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, andmitted to helping pupils ovee barriers to learning.Your new role Deliver targeted intervention sessions in literacy, numeracy, and/or social-emotional development.Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to identify pupils needing additional support.Track and report progress of intervention groups.Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment.What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (school, tutoring, youth work etc.).Strongmunication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport with pupils and staff.A proactive and flexible approach to supporting learning.Relevant qualifications (, Level 2/3 TA, HLTA, or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.What you'll get in return A supportive and weing schoolmunity.Ongoing professional development and training.Opportunity to make a real impact on pupils’ progress.Flexible working arrangements where possible.
