The company operates as a large organisation, offering a stable and professional environment within its Accounting & Finance department.Job DescriptionManage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries effectively.Ensure timely submission of payroll reports to relevant authorities and stakeholders.Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity within the payroll system.Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance.Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.Stay updated on legislative changes affecting payroll and advise the organisation accordingly.Train and guide team members to ensure operational excellence in payroll activities.The Successful ApplicantA successful Payroll Lead should have:Proven experience in payroll management within the industrial or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Experience with CloudPayCloudPay.Ability to work collaboratively within an Accounting & Finance team.Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in payroll processes.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 per annumannum.Comprehensive benefits package to support employee well-being.Opportunity to work in a reputable organisation in Bristol.Professional growth and development within the industrial and manufacturing sector.Supportive and structured working environment within the Accounting & Finance department.If you are an experienced Payroll Lead looking for a permanent opportunity in Bristol, we encourage you to apply and take the next step in your career.
